The Aluminum Nitride Ring, made from high-purity aluminum nitride powder through precision molding and sintering, is a high – performance ceramic product. It has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, similar to semiconductor materials like silicon. With a thermal conductivity of 170-220 W/m·K, it efficiently dissipates heat. It also offers excellent electrical insulation with a dielectric strength > 20 kV/mm and a high volume resistivity > 10^14 ω·cm at 25 °C. Its mechanical strength (bending) reaches 350-450 MPa. Customizable in diameters, thicknesses, and shapes, it finds wide use in electronics, optics, laser tech, and aerospace.
